I am a working 25 yrs old. Currently, I am living with my boyfriend of 9 yrs in town just so I can sleep in longer and avoid the mad rush from West side to work. The downside? I have to learn to buy groceries, cook and wash by myself! I love food, eating, cooking and baking. Like most Singaporeans, I too follow the hype by visiting some of the most talk about food places, however… sometimes, I just crave for something simple. Something that reminds me of home, with a twist.

I have one of the craziest kitchens around. It is rarely busy but it is always out-of-stock! Sometimes I wonder whether it is my organizing skill or the lack of one. Although many people have recommended planning meals in advance, people like J and me just ain’t cut for it. Two carefree birds building a nest.

Not Miele Guide – The Miele Guide is a well-respected guide recognizing Top Restaurants and Chefs all around Asia. Mine, is definitely NOT one of those but I look up to them and is very grateful for this dedicated group of people, Ate Media Pte Ltd, for doing so. I wish I can cook and eat like them!
