Kaya Butter Bread

It is 10pm and J ask me, “Eh, I thought you want to make bread?”
He We needs to eat supper almost every night. Usually stuff most people will eat for breakfast. Whenever other people asked, we just say that it is alright to eat “tomorrow’s breakfast” now because… I normally skip and he is “not a breakfast person”.

Butter/Margarine

(*Note: In this case I used baguette as it was available at Han’s on my way home. ^Eat with Gardenia White Bread or those brand-less thick loaves from “bread stands” toasted and warmed, wonderful!)
1) Cut bread into whatever size you like.
2) Spread kaya on one side then spread butter (I use margarine, never buy butter.) on the other side.
3) Enjoy!

Many times we have breakfast for dinner. We just call it a ‘backward’ dinner. *smile*
